Newly built and featuring a fantastic private swimming pool, Villa Verde is a two-storied luxurious holiday home of immense elegance and a breath-taking view of the surrounding area and the sea.
The spacious, two-story villa measures 110 sq.m. and can easily sleep up to 7 persons. Entering Villa Verde through its entrance on the ground floor, we find an elegantly decorated living room, the dining area, the fully equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
Walking up the stairs to the first floor, we find three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Two of the bedrooms feature a double bed each and have access to a shared balcony with an amazing view of the surrounding area and the sea. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds which can be combined into a double.
The outdoor area features one of the villa’s highlights: the amazing swimming pool! There, you can relax on a sunbed while preparing tasty meals on the built BBQ – and savouring them afterwards in the outdoor dining area, which features cupboards and a sink as well!

Villa Verde offers its guests a wide array of amenities and facilities, such as welcome basket, cleaning service every 3 days, air-conditioning, Smart TVs with Netflix, 24h hot water and many more. Villa Verde is situated in Kallithea, a quaint settlement about 15km away from the island’s capital, Zante Town. The location enjoys a wonderful view and is surrounded by lush greenery. Near the villa, the guests will find the popular Black Cave, a strange natural formation they can visit, as well as interesting historical sights, such as the old Agia Marina church. The tourist resort of Alykes, offering taverns, coffee shops and a fantastic beach, is just about 6km away!
