La Casa di Nina is a four-bedroom holiday house with magnificent vintage decoration, measuring 150sqm and sleeping up to 10 guests! It offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and two bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a private bathroom, kitchenette and a veranda with a view of the garden. It is air-conditioned and is equipped with a queen-sized bed and a sofa-bed.
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned and is equipped with a king-sized bed. There is a veranda with a view of the garden.
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned and is equipped with a queen-sized bed. There is a veranda with a view of the garden.
Bedroom 4 is air-conditioned and is equipped with a queen-sized bed. There is a veranda with a view of the garden.
The comfortable living room has a sofa that, upon request, can be turned into a double bed accommodating two additional guests. Moreover, it also features a standard single sofa-bed where another guest can sleep.
The outdoor area is truly something to be admired; a built BBQ with a dining area covered in lush greenery, as well as a brand-new luxurious swimming pool!
The La Casa di Nina owners live on the first-floor apartment. The guests’ privacy is guaranteed, since the apartment’s veranda is oriented at the other side (not at the swimming pool). La Casa di Nina offers you an amazing range of amenities and facilities, such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, 24-hour hot water supply, sunbeds, parasols and much more. Additional services, such as car and boat rentals and boat trips, are available upon request and with a surcharge.

La Casa di Nina is located in Laganas – the mere mention of this name suffices to bring images of a long sandy beach, all-night entertainment, endless sunshine, watersports and so many more! Anything you may need is near you, with tourist shops, markets, bars, nightclubs, restaurants and taverns within short distance. Moreover, Laganas is part of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos, designated to protect the endangered loggerhead turtle – if you are lucky, you will see one swimming in the crystal waters!
