Villa Koukouvayia consists of 2 floors and features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. It is completely fenced and the exterior features a swimming pool with sunbeds, a parking area, a BBQ area and various sitting and dining areas. The villa has a strong character of eco-friendliness, as it features solar-power and wind-turbine electricity. Villa Koukouvayia can sleep up to 8 adults plus 2 infants - whose baby cots are provided free of charge.
Villa Koukouvayia has four bedrooms, three on the second floor and one on the ground floor suitable for children or older people who may not want to use the stairs. The second floor features a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The ground floor features a bedroom with two single beds. The villa has three dining areas, one indoor next to the kitchen and two outdoor (next to the pool and at the BBQ area). There are two spacious bathrooms, one with a shower (on the ground floor) and one with tub/shower combination (on the second floor).

We would also recommend cycling, as the views and roads around the area are great for this activity. A car or bike is necessary as there are no shops closer than 4km. The nearest supermarkets are in Agalas, which is 3km away, or in Lithakia which is 4km away. There are a few popular restaurants very close by, and the nearest beach is Agios Sostis (7 km) or Keri beach (11 km) as is Laganas beach and the amazing Kalamaki beach.
