An archway leads to the fully equipped kitchen which has been crafted in walnut wood and includes fridge, cooker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, kettle and all crockery and utensils. Also on the ground floor is two spacious bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds plus verandas which lead to the gardens. Between the two bedrooms is the main bathroom with bath and next door to this a room with WC, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
From the living room a wooden staircase leads up to the attic where there is a large area measuring 40sqm which includes a second living area, fireplace, study, satellite TV, king size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and small balcony.
The villa has air-conditioning and central heating throughout so it is suitable to visit all year round.
The villa has its own private pool set in the grounds and surrounded by the beautiful gardens.
The ornate pool is 10m long and has integrated children's pool, hydro massage and sun loungers. Next to the pool there is a covered BBQ area equipped with a traditional wood oven and electric spits.
A room next door is ideal for food preparation and has a casual dining area, sink and cupboards. The villa has its own wine cellar made from the owners vineyards and is offered to you free throughout your stay.
Villa Alexandros is situated between Agios Leon and Lithakia in the charming village of Kiliomenos. The surrounding area is peaceful with scenic countryside and colourful, fragrant flowers making it perfect for stroll or bicycle ride.
