The houses have been constructed according to the traditional Greek and Zakynthian style, with wooden ceilings and furniture giving each house a unique style and are set in landscaped gardens of 25,000 sqm, which is owned by the Therianos family.
Each house has its own individual garden with a variety of flowers and trees and is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the peace and natural surroundings of Zakynthos.
There are four villas in total, Villa "Fos" (meaning Light), Villa "Agapi" (meaning Love),
Villa "Symban" (meaning Universe) and Villa "Zoe" (meaning Life) and can accommodate 2-6 persons.
Each villa opens out on to a private terrace with splendid rural views.

The village of Kallithea is a quiet, beautiful traditional Greek village which is rich in history and lush with nature.You can take a stroll through the countryside and admire the magnificent views from the top of the mountains or explore the ancient caves at the foot of the mountains.
Nearby are various amenities including supermarket, butchers and bakery and also the medical centre. Just 2km away is the beautiful golden beaches and relaxing resorts of Alykes and Alykanas.
