Logothetis Farm is set in 700,000sqm of land on the picturesque peninsular of Vassilikos amongst the lush green olive groves, pine tree forests and the deep blue of the Ionian sea.
You will discover seclusion, quietness and contact with nature along with lovely sandy beaches with crystal clear shallow waters, ideal for children.
The bio farm is in the bounds of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos, created for the protection of the loggerhead sea turtle and has already enforced rules of rural development. Also you can test the agricultural products of the farm, finding a list of the available products in each house.
Within the grounds of the farm are 12 individual houses, each totally independent with their own gardens.
All houses are different from each other and they can accommodate from two to seven people depending on the house chosen.
All have been constructed in harmony with the local traditional architecture of the Zakynthian countryside outdoors and indoors and are decorated with love and care for detail.
The hand made curtains, the hand-woven wall hangings, colourful floor mats and all the small decorative objects give them a unique Greek style.
Logothetis farm has all the facilities you would expect from a high standard of accommodation with all the houses having fully equipped kitchens, private parking, air-conditioning, private gardens and car rental can be included.
It is also the ideal base for several different activities including walking the footpaths with splendid views and nature, cycling with the free provided mountain bikes, horse riding with the farms own horses, sailing, scuba diving, water sports, cruises with boats in the marine park to see the Caretta Caretta sea turtles.
The stunning peninsular of Vassilikos is one of the most beautiful parts of the island, ideal for anyone who appreciates nature with many nearby beautiful sandy beaches providing a great location for swimming and sunbathing.
The beaches for you to explore include, Sekania, St Nicholas, Porto Zorro, Porto Roma, Daphne and Gerakas which is a nesting area for the endangered loggerhead turtles known locally as Caretta Caretta.
The surrounding countryside is perfect for leisurely walks or bicycle rides to enjoy the attractive scenery and tranquillity.
