The accommodation consists of six individual houses of different sizes to suit your individual needs. They all contain either double or single beds, fully equipped kitchens with all necessary utensils, cooking facilities and fridge, private bathrooms with shower, air-conditioning and furnished verandas. The houses are ideally placed for hiking and pleasant walks in the stunning surroundings and the owners have maps available outlining suggested walking routes Within the farm, next to Vassilikos' pine forest, the family runs the "Lithies Taverna". All dishes are prepared in the traditional way with pure ingredients, produced in their vast majority in the family farm. The excellent wine, red or white, is from the farm's vineyards. The owners also have ten bee hives boxes and you are welcome to watch how we make honey and if you are staying with them at the correct season you can also see how they produce their special olive oil and wine.

Lithies Houses have a wide range of facilities on offer to their guests including private parking, 24hr hot water, maid service, air-conditioning, washing machine, taverna on site, scenic gardens, welcome area, fans, car and rental arrangements, fax service, homemade souvenirs and gifts.

Lithies houses are set in large private grounds of 55,000 sqm, in a forest location with views of the sea in the centre of Vassilikos which boasts the best beaches on the island, such as Gerakas and St Nicholas. Lithies houses are situated in a stunning forest area perfect for hiking and walking and are located only 800m away from a beach where you can play beach volley or go on organised Scuba diving excursions.
