Leedas Village is a private estate measuring 12,000sqm of landscaped gardens located in the traditional quiet village of Lithakia on the south coast of Zakynthos, just 100m from the golden sandy beach. Within the grounds, surrounded by lush olive groves are five large villas which have been constructed using traditional techniques with Zakynthian stone.
The interiors of the stunning villas have been furnished with special care using earth tones, soft materials and traditional furniture to create a tranquil and calm atmosphere that ensures an enjoyable stay.
The accommodation consists of five stone villas. The largest of the villas has its own swimming pool and can accommodate up to 9 persons easily and the other four villas are separated into apartments for 2 or 5-6 persons.
Extreme care and attention to detail has been used when decorating the interior of the villas, giving you all the home comforts you require during your stay including fully equipped kitchens, private bathrooms and furnished balconies. All the villas have their own garden area where fresh vegetables are grown and the owners ask you to help yourself to the fresh produce with no charge also on arrival they provide a welcome pack which includes local wine and olive oil.
The Leedas villas welcome you with warm Zakynthian hospitality and have many features and facilities to ensure your stay is a memorable one including: traditional furnishings, superb interior decor, private landscaped gardens, parking area, children's playground, swimming pool, TV and traditional stone outside BBQ for al fresco dining.
The villas overlook Marathonisi Island, where the famous turtle "Caretta-Caretta" lays its eggs.
The traditional unspoilt village of Lithakia is one of the most picturesque areas on the south coast of Zakynthos, hidden in the beautiful scenic countryside with its sandy beach that shelves gently into the sea. From the coast there are beautiful views over the uninhabited island of Marathonisi where the famous caretta-caretta loggerhead turtles come to nest and traditional tavernas serving local cuisine just waiting to be discovered.
Lithakia is located 4km from the main resort of the island, Laganas, which is famous for its lively nightlife. Ag Sostis is just 1.5km away, similar to Lithakia, traditional and quiet.
