Andreas Houses are situated in a scenic area known as Marathia, 3km from the resort of Keri Lake on the south coast of Zakynthos. The beautiful surrounding countryside with its pine clad hillsides, mountains, deep blue sea and sandy shores make it an ideal place to relax in an atmosphere of tranquillity.
The natural environment is still traditionally Greek and tourism has not spoilt the area in any way giving the visitor an insight into the Greek way of life. There are plenty of country lanes to explore for those who enjoy walking or cycling. The quiet and picturesque resort is ideal for couples and families looking for total relaxation on this sunny island.
The accommodation consists of three seperate houses, each suitable for up to five persons set in there own gardens within a large landscaped area which is away from the road offering plenty of space for children to play.
The large furnished verandas are ideal for al fresco dining and sunloungers and parasols are available for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. The grounds also offer private access to the nearby beach and superb views over the Ionian Sea.
House No1 - consists of an open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and cooking facilities, separate bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with a double bed and one single bed and bathroom with shower and wc. Each bedroom has each own air-conditioning unit.
House No2 - Slightly larger house with two separate bedrooms one with double bed and the other has two single beds. Each bedroom has each own air-conditioning unit. The living area is open plan with TV, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and cooking facilities and bathroom with shower and wc.
House No3 - Honeymoon House
The Honeymoon House has been constructed using tradtional Zakynthian stone and consists of an open plan living area with a sofa that converts into a double bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and cooking facilities, separate bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and air conditioning.

Marathia is a quaint idyllic area located 3km from the pretty fishing resort of Keri Lake. The waterfront is dotted with tavernas, shops and bars. The small harbour shelters local fishing boats and day trip boats that offer trips to the stunning Keri Caves and the little island of Marathonisi (Turtle Island) famous for the loggerhead turtles, Caretta Caretta, which nest there.
Andreas houses are located in attractive countryside which is dotted with the colourful wild flowers of Zante, lush green olives groves and fragrant vineyards. The nearest beach is just 30m away and is golden sand which shelves gently into the warm clear waters.
