The villa has been constructed using stone and wood in a traditional Zakynthian design and is set in its own private gardens surrounded by dense olive groves and offering magnificent views.
The Villa is an independent two bedroom house measuring 90 sqm and consists of one double, air-conditioned bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds, spacious air-conditioned living room with sofa bed, television, CD player and dining table for six; fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher and all utensils; utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board; separate bathroom with shower and spacious furnished verandas.
The Villa Collina is like a home from home with everything you may require in a house for the perfect stay. Both the master bedroom and the lounge have air-conditioning and there are lovely spacious gardens with sun loungers where you can relax.
The villa comes complete with utilities such as dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV and CD player in the lounge plus spacious furnished verandas where you can enjoy dining 'al fresco'.
The Vassilikos peninsula, on the south east coast of the island is one of the most picturesque and scenic areas of Zakynthos. The resort is spread out among winding roads, olive groves and local farms and the surrounding countryside is just waiting to be explored and boasts some of the most wonderful sandy beaches.
It also is reputed to have the best scuba diving on the island. There are some excellent tavernas selling local delicacies, a few mini markets and bars.
The Villa Collina is 1500m from the pretty Ionio Beach and 1000m from the nearest supermarket, restaurants, bar and bakery.
