Akrotiri is a suburb of Zakynthos Town, extending throughout an elongated hill on the north side of Bochali. It is full of olive groves, orchards and gardens.

The villa is located 2.5km away from the city of Zakynthos, 500m from the sea and about 5km from the airport.

Zakynthos' Venetian castle is within walking distance along with the manor of the national Grek poet, Dionisios Solomos, at Stranis Hill, where Solomos composed the Hellenic National Anthem.
