The traditional stone villa is privately owned by the Xenos family who welcome you with their warm hospitality and serene surroundings. The villa has its own spacious garden nestled amongst olive groves and the colourful wild flowers of Zante.
The secluded position offers privacy, peacefulness, relaxation and is ideal for weekends, family holidays and even honeymooners.
The villa has been constructed using traditional techniques and materials of stone and wood and decorated using natural colours and traditional furnishings. It can easily accommodate 6-8 persons comfortably.
The main entrance is to the rear of the property amongst the lush olive groves and leads into the spacious living room with its large balcony offering magnificent sea views. Also on the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, fridge, cooking facilities and dining table and chairs; private spacious bathroom and double bedroom with balcony.
From the ground floor a wooden stairway leads you upstairs to two more bedrooms with sea views and another bathroom.

The centre of the capital city, Zakynthos town is 2km away and has many places of interest to visit. The main church of the island Agios Dionysios named after the patron saint of Zakynthos is located here and houses magnificent icons and the remains of the saint. Also you can learn about the history of the island by visiting the museums and other historical sights. Apart from this there are numerous shops, excellent restaurant, coffee shops and bars to discover, so you will never be short of something to do.
